I just lost my Youtube account, they didn't give me a strike or anything, they just removed it. Gone. Like it never existed.

I haven't read their ToS since I left the site, but I think it's possible that you just got 3+ strikes from 3+ different things in quick succession. If it was a a double digit number they might have a rule to just delete.
It's not as if they care about anyone with less than a few million subscribers... And even then, they 'barely' give a damn... It's not their bruises model to cater to the "content creators" or users - their primary concern is the people who pay to show Ads.
They reinstated it.
